We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none, and our customers agree that this difference is something you will experience.
For your safety and security, we chose not to resell returned items and as such, we are unable to accept returns.
Claims for shortages, incorrect items and damages must be made within (5) days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Address
VVS NUTRITION is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.).
VVS NUTRITION is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.
Not Received/Stolen Orders
