Unopened Products
Customers may return unopened item(s) purchased from VVS NUTRITION within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund via payment method used in the original purchase. The 30 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. *Only Valid to U.S. Customers*
Opened Products
Customers may return opened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a 50% refund. The 30 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product. All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. *Only Valid to U.S. Customers*
*Note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange.
For processing instructions please email support@vvsnutrition.com for return form. For returns requested in the time period by the consumer, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Wrong Address
VVS NUTRITION is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) VVS NUTRITION is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.
Not Received/Stolen Orders
VVS NUTRITION is not responsible for orders not received if shipping address is correct when placing order. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.
Damaged Orders
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please email us at support@vvsnutrition.com with a picture and order number.
For returns due to damage, we ask that you carefully package the product upon shipment and return shipping will be covered at the expense of VVS NUTRITION.
